Faculty Spotlight: Randa Lewis

Mrs. Randa Lewis serves as the Digital Resource Support Technician at Fairhope High School. Mrs. Lewis’ job duties include being a Tier I support for students and teachers and their devices; Chromebooks, MacBooks, and Promethean boards. Mrs. Lewis also helps troubleshoot issues on devices and submit repair tickets for broken computers and Promethean boards. Mrs. Lewis collects and distributes about 1700-1800 Chromebooks twice a year. She reconciles our computer inventory every year and helps make sure everyone’s computers stay up to date. Mrs. Lewis has spent a total of two years at FHS. Mrs. Lewis attended Wallace Community College in Dothan, Alabama and graduated Cum Laude in December 2012 with an Associates of Applied Science degree in Medical Assisting. She lives in Fairhope with her husband who also works for BCBE. In her spare time, she enjoys going to concerts, movies, and traveling with her husband.
