Event Planning Class Field Trip 2021

Are you taking Event Planning? If so, it’s time to get excited! On Friday, March 26th, we are taking our first field trip of 2021. Do not forget that you have to turn in your permission slip on MONDAY 3/21. There is no fee for the field trip, except for lunch.

Schedule

8:00 AM – Attendance in Mrs. Chambers’s room.

8:15-10:45 AM – Pas out Prom T-shirts and organizing/preparing table decor.

11:00 AM – Load bus to go downtown Fairhope/Coastal Collage.

11:15 AM – Pick up lunches at Honey-Baked Ham.

(remember it is $10 each- includes sandwich, chips, cookie, and drink OR you may bring your own lunch)

11:30 – 12:15 AM/PM – Eat lunch outside Coastal.

12:30-1:45 PM – Set-up at Coastal.

2:00 PM – Get on the bus/ heading back to school.

2:15-3:15 PM – Organize items and discuss final details in Mrs. Chambers’s classroom.
