The Pirateer would like to shine a very special spotlight on Senior Co-Editor Meredith C. Lee!

Meredith is a senior at Fairhope High School, graduating with the class of 2022. She has been a member of The Pirateer staff since 2020 and was elected to be co-editor for the 2021-2022 school year. She has been accepted into Auburn University as a freshman but has chosen to spend a year of studies at Coastal Alabama Community College.

Meredith – We appreciate all that you have done for the club and will miss you dearly. We know that you will shine in whatever you choose to pursue and can’t wait for you to take on this upcoming year. Never lose your passion for writing and reporting. Go Pirates, forever!
