This design was inspired by the senior night football game on October 25. “It was so much fun designing the float and seeing people in our grade outside of SGA come together to ride in the parade,” said Ella Shedd, junior SGA representative. This performance developed a nostalgic feeling and brought back the tradition despite weather issues prior to homecoming. The slogan “Go Pirates” was seen on many floats and uplifted the audience and students for the upcoming game.
