Makayla Gardner, a fifteen-year-old born in Montgomery, Alabama, has lived in Fairhope for five years. She was adopted at six and lives with her six amazing siblings. Gardner attends 3 Circle Church in Fairhope and has taught a second-grade Sunday school class for three years. She is a student at Fairhope High School and is currently a member of the volleyball and track team. Gardner has played sports since age eight and enjoys being a part of a team. Her long-term goal is to attend the University of Tennessee in Knoxville to become a Dental Hygienist.
