FAIRHOPE, Ala. — Festival-goers will gather for the annual Arts and Crafts Festival in downtown Fairhope Friday, March. 20-22, from 10 A.M to 5 P.M. This free event features fine art, jewelry, photography, pottery, textiles, wood crafts and more.
The festival supports local artists, while bringing the community together. This festival invites visitors to appreciate the beauty and history that define the community and the town. The three-day event includes live entertainment, a food court and a kids’ art tent.
“I am excited to help bring diverse artists together and create an environment where new ideas can flourish, people can connect through shared experiences, and we can continue to make Fairhope the unique place it is,” said Shannon Gandy, Chair of the 74th Fairhope Arts and Crafts Festival.
The Fairhope Arts and Crafts Festival Foundation and committee, a nonprofit organization focused on art, will organize the event. The committee promotes art through programs and scholarships to aspiring artists. The theme is “Classic Fairhope in Black and White.”
