Set on a boat, floating in Disney Spring, Paddlefish is an upscale, elevated dining experience. Paddelfish provided the ambience of a Michelin star, exceptional restaurant while also providing a welcoming atmosphere for Disney go-ers.
I dined with four other individuals and before our meal we received a plentiful amount of sweet bread accompanied with freshly in house butter. The breads’ freshness and the combination in the butter made a perfect prerequisite for the amazing meal to follow.
I ordered the crab cakes accompanied with a corn roumalade and fried green tomatoes. The crab tasted fresh and the tomatoes were large in size. The only downside to my meal was the size; I wished there had been more. The dish came with two large crab cakes, two large fried green tomatoes and a plentiful corn remoulade.

While the culinary aspect of Paddlefish was incredible the customer service was lacking. Our server Lauren was quite inexperienced. Our drink cups were left empty, and we waited almost twenty minutes for the check. The hostesses were very welcoming and the rest of the staff was great overall.
The decoration of not only the outside of the restaurant but the inside of the restaurant was well-thought- out and could be perceived as classy and upscale. The restaurant was slightly hard to navigate but when one considers, it is a boat, so that is understandable. We were seated inside on the first floor and it was challenging to find the upper deck and exit.
Everything was very clean from the bathrooms to silverware. The meticulous place setting elevated the dining experience. My meal total was $61.72 with tip and tax. For the ambience and culinary masterpiece I would say it was an appropriate pricing considering I had a full meal and multiple mixed drinks.
Overall my experience at Paddlefish was nice and I would recommend if you want a fairly-priced tasty meal with a classy ambience, eat at Paddlefish next time you go to Disney Springs.
