Floral animations… Disney characters Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Chip and Dale take on their flower forms. These classic Disney characters, in a unique green interpretation, were shown as a token of the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival included a wide variety of Disney-owned characters to attract fans of every kind. (Sydney Melanson)Forested pagoda…Walt Disney World’s EPCOT Japan features a five-story pagoda, capturing the essence of Japanese architecture. EPCOT Japan included an array of examples of classical Japanese architecture: a pagoda, a Torii Gate, shrine and castle. (Sydney Melanson)Concrete wars…Hollywood Studio’s “Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge,” composed primarily of concrete, is decorated with wires and tapestries. This area was largely built around the “Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance” thrill ride. (Sydney Melanson)A Towering Temple… The Horyuji Temple Pagoda towers above Disney’s EPCOT Japan Pavilion. People had their photos taken and milled around the giant structure. The pagoda represented traditional Japanese craftsmanship. (Sharon Smith)At Last We Saw The Light… Fireworks explode during Disney’s famed firework show in Magic Kingdom. A combination of different Disney songs played in the background, and scenes from various movies were projected onto the castle.(Elyanna Scardamalia)May The Force Be With You… Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios features unique attractions inspired by the popular franchise.
