Fairhope High School students attend 3 Circle Church’s annual monster mash

Welcome to church… Youth leaders Megan Brown and Laura Sisko welcome each student into The Annex. Leaders and adults dressed as ghosts for the group costume category. (Kendall Kirchoff)
Good community… Senior Intern Lawson Baldwin and junior Intern Percy Jane Hardman converse before the service starts. The church offers students the opportunity to meet weekly in small groups to foster relationships. “I enjoy getting to grow my relationship with Christ with my peers who also want to get to know Jesus more,” Hardman said. Slam Dunk… Sophomore Trotter Creel dunks the basketball in a shootoff. Students participated in games of basketball, ping-pong and cornhole before the service. (Kendall Kirchoff)
Gross games… Senior Kaitlyn Jones, sophomore Aurdrey O’Connor and freshman Colton Mixon compete in a “what’s in the box challenge.” Jones won two out of the three rounds, guessing sardines and jello eyeballs. (Kendall Kirchoff)

Getting plugged in… Seniors Calvin Love and Briggs Brackin close the service with next steps. They discussed how students can get involved in clubs around school, like First Priority and FCA. “Getting plugged into clubs is important for students to get involved with like-minded people who can help navigate a Christian lifestyle around school,” Hardman said.
