In beat… Senior dancer Karlee Lambert steps in tune with the song “Escapade” by Janet Jackson. Before the showcase, she relaxed in the dressing room talking with her fellow dancers to prepare.

Ofrenda of honor… Senora Holt’s Spanish two classes create class Ofrenda to celebrate the loss of loved ones. They decorated with pictures and objects that signified each student's family, friends and pets for the Day of the Dead holiday.

Furry favorites… SouthPaw the Jaguar takes pictures with students and tour guides, bringing smiles to faces. SouthPaw also showcased his athletic ability with a push-up contest and a backflip.

Ready set pose… The Dogwood girls prepare to participate in Fairhope's annual witch's ride. The women dressed as witches with a little twist.

Singing stars… Students participate in karaoke during lunch waves to help the Peer Helpers raise awareness during Red Ribbon Week. Students received little ribbons and bracelets for their participation.

Go team go!... The Fairhope swim team huddles and chants. The team won first place. “I think swimming is both mentally and physically challenging; some events impact more mentally, though. For me it's the 50 free,” said Roderick Farrington, sophomore.

Doubles defeat… Seniors Skylar Spinks and Paige Evans compete in doubles against Mary Montgomery players Halle Stringfellow and Makalya Powell. Spinks served the ball and ended the match with a score of 6-0, 6-1.

Here’s the story… Wadsworth actress Rachael Goodrich explains how each murder went down, running around on stage to reenact every scene. By the end, she sat on the set stairs out of breath.

Moments for homework… Senior Victoria Hardy completes her history assignment during her free time in class. Hardy said she felt it was easier to complete assignments in a school setting, as the area makes her feel more productive and ready to tackle academics.
